Growing up in a heavy metal family, I found it only appropriate to honor and thank the METAL GODS!

The Reason for My Absence

I have been away from my blog for almost a year.  The reason for that is this bundle of happiness:

My baby girl, Danika, is 4 months old right now.  She is a VERY happy baby.

Now that we have been able to get back into the swing of things and have a grasp on life again, I have decided to start my blog again.

The most current website that I have been visiting lately is babycenter.com

Yes, not only do I have a 2 year old, but I am expecting as well! Today is my first doctors appointment and I have wanted to keep things quiet until I went. Well, I am a little early with this blog, but I think I will be okay.

babycenter.com is great for information and support when it comes to being a parent. Yes Dads, you can join too. I get weekly emails about how the baby is growing and about what I should expect to happen to my body. I also get weekly emails about my toddler and advice emails about potty training and moving to a toddler bed and so on. It is a wonderful website!
